It is located just beneath the Bulrash Marshes. It is a home of aquatic enemies who are challenging to defeat. You have to be careful and make a solid strategy to defeat them.

Once you unlock the Bulrush Marshes you can enter Step-by-step in Soul Knight Prequel Brinewash Grotto and find the hidden passages within the biome. Here is step-by-step information on how to get Brinewash grotto in Soul Knight Prequel.
- First, you have to unlock Bulrush Marshes in Soul Knight Prequel. To unlock it you can follow my previous post where I provided a full guide on it.
- And once you unlock the Bulrush Marshes, go towards the southernmost part of the biome. Where you will find a hidden passage that leads you to the Brinewash Grotto.
- After finding the Soul Knight Prequel Brinewash Grotto simply enter the Brinewash Grotto. Complete the challenge and get rewarded accordingly.
Take your time to explore the area to increase your chances of winning. Talk to NPCs as they give you some clues about the location of hidden passages so you don’t have to waste your time if you know the location. If you unlock the teleportation circle then you can use it to teleport to the Soul Knight Prequel Brinewash Grotto once you find the hidden passage.
