Level 1

Level 2
It’s more intense than level 1 as there are Archers who will hunt you down the moment they see your face. Most of them will be on the rooftop to spot you. On the ground, the guards are alerted and will attack immediately if you’re around.
Civilians also become more worried about your presence and will start notifying the guards the moment they see you.
Level 3
At level 3, everyone will hunt you down. There’s even the intense background music playing, indicating that the guards are more serious this time. Why? Because it has reached its peak. Level 3 Notoriety is the top level you can get to, and it’s way more dangerous than the previous ones.
Aside from the guards and archers, Shakiriyya, the elite guards, will start rolling in the city. Civilians will also notice you faster as there are so many posters spread around Baghdad.

Tips to Decrease Notoriety in Assassin’s Creed Mirage

Munadis are the characters who will often make announcements for the people. When your notoriety level is high, it’ll be instantly removed as if you didn’t do anything before.
